The research projects followed are in the field of oncology, otology, rhinology and tissue regeneration/transplantology.

Oncology:

electrochemotherapy in head and neck cancer;
laser applied to robotic surgery.

Otology:

new technologies for audiological restoration in patients with Meniere's syndrome (implantable prostheses and cochlear implants);
Development of anatomical models with 3D printer for the placement of cochlear implants and implantable prostheses.

Rhinology:

Treatment of patients with Rendu Osler Weber's disease;
New devices for endoscopic nose and sinus surgery.

Tissue regeneration/transplantology:

Scaffolds models with stem cells for the reconstruction of the upper aero digestive tract;
Shape memory engineered tissue in minimally-invasive surgery for tissue regeneration and localized treatment;
Development of 3D printed anatomical models (mandibular reconstruction);
Autotransplantation in the treatment of cervical and facial neoplasms: preoperative screening and functional evaluations.
