The Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics Unit coordinates several clinical trials in the field of the management of nutritional support in cancer patients, particularly in the application of immunonutrition in head&neck and lung cancer, of artificial nutrition in gastric cancer and in the assessment of nutritional risk and body composition as prognostic factors.

  • Survivorship Care & Nutritional Support Working Group of Alliance Against Cancer (ACC);
     
  • Collaboration with the Gruppo Italiano per il Trapianto di Midollo Osseo (GITMO);
     
  • Collaboration with the Cellular Therapy and Immunobiology Working Party (CTIWP) of the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT);
     
  • Collaboration with the Nurses Group (NG) of the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT);
     
  • Our Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics Unit is an Hub center of Regione Lombardia with regards to Nutrition in Oncology, Short Bowel Syndrome and Artificial Nutrition.
